* $200.00 Deposit required within ten days to confirm reservation.

*  Balance Due upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards. 

* Cancellation Policy :Deposit non-refundable unless cottage
   is reserved by another party for the same terms.  

* All rates subject to 5.5 % sales tax.
